The 1.5mm Varus/Valgus Wedge insert personalizes shoes for your individual needs by stabilizing the natural movement of your forefoot by improving foot, knee, and hip alignment. This adjustment increases power output and adds an average of 10 seconds to your time to exhaustion during maximum efforts. 

Package includes two Varus shims (orange) or two valgus shims (yellow), based on selection.
